Woodland Cottages - Lead Designer

Folkestone and Hythe District Council (FHDC) wishes to select and appoint a design team for the redevelopment of Woodland Cottages, Lyminge and invites prospective suppliers to submit a Tender to meet the Council's requirements. The project brief is to demolish the existing Airey houses and redevelop the site with new affordable rental homes.
