The works consist of window and door replacements to 50 No. properties, roof upgrades to 6 No. properties, fixed wire tests to 159 No. properties and EPC testing to 56 No. properties. The works are located in Portadown, Lurgan, Newry, Lisburn, Hilden, Comber and Belfast
