ECC009 - Community Bridgebuilders and Middlesbrough Voices

There is an underspend in the Recovery fund of £33K due to early termination of posts. Rather than return the monies to the funder we propose to extend the Community Bridgebuilders programme which has been well received by the wider voluntary and community sector.
