Independent Examiner for Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedules

Cambridge City and South Cambridgeshire District Councils (the Councils) are seeking the appointment of an Independent Examiner to conduct the statutory joint examination of their respective Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) draft Charging Schedules, in accordance with the Planning Act 2008 and the CIL Regulations 2010 (as amended).
