Site Inspections and Reporting for the West Midlands Combined Authority Property And Strategic Assets Portfolio

WMCA are looking to award a supplier to be responsible for managing and delivering a programme of inspections for vacant land and buildings within the WMCA Property and Strategic Assets portfolio. These sites are mainly vacant properties being held for future development.
