Corporate subscription to the Building Cost Information Service (BCIS)

The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) corporate subscription to the Building Cost Information Service (BCIS) for a fixed three‑year term commencing 1 June 2026. BCIS provides the UK’s most comprehensive and authoritative construction cost datasets, indices, forecasting models, schedules of rates and whole‑life cost tools.
