NCC202600037 - Preparing the Replacement Local Development Plan (RLDP)

Notice for a specialist provider for the the Development Viability Model (DVM). There is now agreement that it will be used by LPAs in the South East Wales Region for high-level viability assessments. This work is also linked to the DVM being rolled out across South East Wales with support from South East Wales Strategic Planning Group Utilising the Development Viability Model, this Study will be used by NCC as a background paper in preparing the Replacement Local Development Plan (RLDP).
