B&NES: Homelessness Prevention: Low to Medium-Level Mental Health Supported Accommodation (Marlborough Lane)

The Marlborough Lane service provides supported accommodation for six adults with medium mental-health support needs. It delivers tenancy sustainment, emotional wellbeing support, crisis avoidance, and community integration using a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) model. The service prevents deterioration of health and wellbeing, homelessness and escalation to acute statutory services.
