Rough Sleeper Support Service

This Rough Sleeper Outreach Service forms an integral part of North Somerset's homelessness response, working closely with Homeless Prevention, commissioned support services, other statutory services, health partners and voluntary agencies to engage and support people who are sleeping rough or at imminent risk of rough sleeping.
