Service agreement for retinal pencils and cryomatic consoles

3 year agreement for annual service and calibration of retinal pencils and cryomatic consoles. Replaces previous ad-hoc callouts ensuring servicing is completed annually for all equipment provided by OEM. This agreement includes calibration and servicing of 2 retinal pencils and 2 cryomatic consoles for the 3 year duration with one service completed annually.
