Provides advice and expertise in the Energy Sector by supporting the public sector and community energy sector in Wales to reduce carbon emissions and to generate local economic benefits. Open to public sector organisations at the moment. Two Lots in current arrangement – Lot 1 Energy Service and Lot2 Carbon Reporting.
