P762 Westminster City Council - Waste Treatment Contracts

Westminster City Council (WCC) is looking to procure services for two Waste Treatment contracts – The Treatment of Dry Recycling (Lot 1) and the Treatment of Organic Waste (Lot 2). The contracts are due to start in April 2027, for a period of 3 years (with the option to extend for an additional 2-year period at the Council’s discretion).
