A new contract for the provision of care and support at Elva Court in Bexhill, East Sussex is required to start 16 November 2027. Elva Court provides both short and long term support for people experiencing mental distress. The building consists of 14 self-contained flats, each with its own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
