Framework for the Provision of Recruitment Agencies

The development of a new Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) framework which will support the provision of recruitment agency workers across key skill areas, organised by job-type lots, where needs cannot be met through the corporate contract. Council services will engage agencies by selecting the relevant skill-based lot, with suppliers appointed in line with the framework using pre-agreed, objective selection criteria.
