Targeted Early Help Youth Provision

Hull City Council wishes to appoint a supplier(s) to deliver a support programme that aims to deliver 'open access' venues, in order to engage with young people, with a focus on increasing targeted early help support and intervention for young people in greatest need and at the greatest risk of poor outcomes.
