Outreach & Transitional Service for young adults aged 16-25 years

The outreach service will deliver interventions to reduce harm around substance use and associated risky behaviours with a target audience of 16–25-year-olds. The aim of the outreach service is to reduce and / or prevent recreational/experimental use turning into problematic drug and alcohol use.
