Merseyside Fire & Rescue Authority, on behalf of National Resilience, seeks potential suppliers of a mobile Mass Decontamination (MD) capability for use by UK emergency responders. The scope of this engagement covers public, responder, and ancillary decontamination capabilities, including waste management, communications, inclusivity, and support arrangements.
