NDA Group Graduate Scheme

NDA Group Graduate Scheme covering a period of 5 years starting from cohort Sep 2027. The graduates are recruited, selected, employed and managed by an NDA Group subsidiary (Energus), then deployed within the NDA Group for a period of 2 years and 3 years for FAR Graduates (Finance, Audit and Risk). They rotate within the NDA Group until the end of their scheme.
