Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) ('the contracting authority') Entered into a contract with Alvarez & Marshal Infrastructure & Capital Projects LLP to supply and deliver strategic capital review of the Tees Valley Investment Zone. This notice is in retrospect as the Contract start Date was 7th April 2026 this was due to internal approval delays.
