Provision of a Young Persons Supported Housing Scheme and Resettlement Support Service

The aim of this service is to commission housing related support within a 24 hour supported housing provision for young people aged 16-24 years. The service will enable young people to develop the skills to be able to live independently and move on from supported housing into their own home within the community.
