Evaluation of the Yorkshire and Humber Access and Prevention Programme

Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (HNYICB) requires a Supplier to undertake an independent evaluation of the Yorkshire and Humber Access and Prevention Programme and the flexible commissioning methods utilised within the Programme.
