Peabody Trust is providing advance notice of a potential future procurement for construction delivery partner to support a forthcoming phase at the Alperton Waterside development. This notice is issued in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 pipeline transparency requirements and is intended for market awareness only. At this stage the procurement route is yet to be determined; the contract structure and delivery model is being considered and the scope and estimated value is subject to change.
