Provision of Education and Associated Transport for Pupils who have been Permanently Excluded, including a cohort with Education Health Care Plans

In order to meet statutory duties, BFC are seeking to procure a total of 15 block placements and associated transport with a registered PRU or Alternative Provision Academy.
