Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitable supplier (person/organisation) to undertake the management and operation of the catering kiosk at the Aquasplash Facility at Aberavon Seafront, Aberavon, Port Talbot in the County Borough of Neath Port Talbot.
