Pakistan Portfolio Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL)

This EME focuses on programme design of Pakistan Portfolio Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL) Programme, which will strengthen delivery of the UK development portfolio in Pakistan by enabling a more coherent, portfolio‑level approach to evidence, learning and accountability.
