Waste Collection Calendar – Hand delivery to properties

Wigan Council are seeking a suitable contractor to arrange the Solus (by hand) delivery of approximately 147,000 calendars across the Borough of Wigan. The calendars are area specific since they inform residents which bin to put out on which day for their individual property, reflecting the bin collection rounds.
