Contract 81 - Electrical Installation Condition Reports

North Tyneside Council (the Authority) are seeking the establishment of a framework agreement for the completion of Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) within occupied residential properties on behalf of the Authority. The works are to be carried out with minimal disruption to residents, in compliance with all relevant building regulations, statutory requirements, and the Authority's customer service standards.
