Corner Plot - Clerk Of Works

The Council are looking to procure a MEP and a Building Clerk of Works for the Corner Plot project. The project is for the delivery of 33 apartments at a key gateway site outside Rochdale Railway Station. The aim here is to create a high quality coherent active and attractive mixed-use area as part of the station approach.
