Use of EO data to calculate severe weather thresholds

Project Aims The overarching aim of this project is to develop an improved approach for using Earth Observation (EO) or other publicly accessible data to demonstrate whether ground at a specific location is frozen or has snow cover, with a reasonable level of accuracy and consistency.
