The provision of consultant services to gain a better understanding of the cultural and creative assets within Devon and their importance to the local communities, the cultural infrastructure of the area and place, and to understand and explore sustainable options to ensure that culture, heritage, creativity and arts, and the assets that are used to deliver this, are protected and enhanced through the local government reorganisation process.
