Specialist support to design a 'proof of concept' model for 'Housing acceleration zones' in the WMCA area

WMCA are seeking specialist consultancy support and economic advice to work alongside West Midland Combined Authority's (WMCA) Housing Strategy team to design a 'proof of concept' model for 'Housing Acceleration Zones', which will bring together devolved funding, powers and levers to unlock scalable housing delivery for priority regeneration areas across the West Midlands.
