The proposed works comprise of reconfiguration and refurbishment of an existing nursery and associated caretaker's house, including alteration of internal partitions, replacement of internal doors, renewal of wall, floor and ceiling finishes, installation of new fittings and sanitary ware, and associated mechanical and electrical modifications.
