Lymphdema and Complex Wounds - Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge (BHR)

Provision of a Lymphedema and Complex Wound Care Service for residents of Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge. The service will deliver specialist assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of patients with lymphedema and complex wounds in community settings. Care will be provided by appropriately trained registered nurses and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care and continuity of treatment.
