Specialist Arts Centre Business Planner

Ashford Borough Council is commissioning a specialist consultant to turn the feasibility work completed to date for the former Ashford Odeon building into a clear, market ready operator proposition. The commission will be delivered in two phases: (1) plan and manage pre market engagement in conjunction with ABC, and (2) support a compliant procurement process in conjunction with the Council to appoint an operator for the revitalised building as a small scale arts centre.
