Fire Safety Survey and Remediation Support Services

Fire Safety Survey carried out to identified properties and Support Services working with CHP to ensure any work that has been identified will be completed to the specifications. This contract was awarded on 3 February 2026 by Chelmer Housing Partnership (CHP). On 1 April 2026 CHP and Estuary Housing Association Limited formally merged to form Delta Housing Limited. Any new FTS notices will therefore be issued by Delta Housing.
