Swindon Borough Council (SBC) invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced provider for the provision of the Wichelstowe Community Sports Hub Phase 1 Works. SBC are seeking a contractor to design and build the first phase of the Wichelstowe Community Sports Hub.
