NEW HOMES FOR SMALL SITES: Phase 1 Package Package B Site 1: Hadley Street, Castle Road Estate

The Authority is looking to award a contract for a works contractor to deliver the proposed redevelopment of a former car park (demolished under consent ref. 2023/3595/P) at Hadley Street, NW1 8TE (‘the site’) to provide sixteen 100% affordable homes for social rent (Use Class C3) across two buildings.
