Your System Programme Change Management Support

The required services are: change management support for a large-scale digital transformation programme. Including consultancy and advice for change management relating to YHG's Your System Programme, sentiment analysis, health checks, change assurance, change workshops with staff, and leadership support. The services will be delivered both face to face at YHG offices and virtually online over a 2 year period between May 2026 and May 2028.
