The Authority has a property situated at British Embassy, Addis Ababa Compound. The Authority requires a Contractor to deliver the building renovation maintenance without losing its historical background. The main objective of the project is to make it suitable for work. The Tukul Site Layout (Section 6) gives an overview of the location of works to be done.
