Grown in Britain (GiB) and the Forestry Commission developed the British Quality Wild Venison (BQWV) certification scheme to provide traceability and build buyer confidence in wild venison supply chains. Further development of the BQWV website and the development of an existing remote auditing app to support the needs of BQWV supplier compliance monitoring is required.
