Alzheimer's Society to deliver community-based services in the borough for those diagnosed with dementia and those seeking a diagnosis, and to work alongside their carers to provide continuity of service for a further one year. Central to this services are community Dementia Advisors, who provide practical advice, service navigation, and support with information and guidance.
