Tenancy Monitoring Programme for 18-25 year olds moving into their first home

The London Borough of Hackney seeks to commission a provider to deliver a tenancy monitoring and support service for up to 30 Hackney care leavers aged 18-25 (per year), who are moving in their own homes for the first time. The contract length will be for 3 years.
