Swindon Borough Council are looking to engage with an experienced contractor to provide responsive repairs and scheduled servicing Annual, bi-annual and quarterly of Swindon Borough Council’s Air Conditioning/AHU and dehumidifier systems within our properties (6 Sheltered Housing schemes & 20 Corporate Civic buildings) comprising of approximately 180 assets.
