Clean the existing tarmacadam delivery turning circle. Install 12 Nr. Impact resistance traffic bollards in accordance with Manufacturer's instructions. Include making good any tarmacadam. Works are to prevent unauthorised parking to the Library fire exit doors and pedestrian demarcation footpath.
