Magnets Partner Agreement

The Contract shall engage Tokamak Energy Ltd in three capacities: (a) UK Magnet Champion; (b) ST40 Device Owner and Operator; and (c) Supporting Fusion Capability and Capacity, as set out below, together constituting a combined capability able to deliver all required elements.
