Phase two: Resolve the H&S concern by installing new Tube Clamp handrails to a total of 70 No. the rear balconies located in Banning Street. A pilot project has been successfully completed by Southern Concrete Services Ltd, using a designed solution calculated by JPP Consulting Ltd.
