Review of Acceptable Cost Guidance (ACG)

Review current Acceptable Cost Guidance published by Welsh Government, including a cost benchmarking exercise with the key UK building indices in the UK and other relevant data sources. Consider the scope and make recommendations to either expand or reduce or remain as it currently is. Identify a strategy for the frequency and timing of ACG cost reviews. Identify an effective method of updating the ACGs which can be implemented by Welsh Produce a ‘How to Use it Guide’.
