Non-medicated support for Adults - Stockport Locality

The High Intensity Service provide a non-medicalised approach and support for those people who attend A&E a minimum of 5 times per year, who are over the age of 18 and reside in the area covered by Stockport. Working with the Emergency Department at Stepping Hill Hospital the service will identify those at greatest risk of 999 calls, A&E attendance, and non-elective admissions.
