Integrated Digital Platform for Rail Retail (WebTIS) & Bus Journey Planning

SilverRail currently provides SilverCore for digital retail and ticketing, with Braintree as the payment service provider and SilverAgent for customer aftersales care for the TfW Rail web and app. They also supply a bus journey planning engine for the Traveline Cymru website and app. Both services will need to be integrated into UNO at a later stage.
