Marjorie Waite Court Floor Finishes

A number of carpets in high traffic communal areas at Marjorie Waite Court have become heavily soiled and stained. The carpets in question are now beyond cleaning and need to be replaced with a more durable and easier to clean alternative, i.e. vinyl.
